Manzambi's Header Secures Aston Villa Victory at Newcastle, Martinez Injured

Aston Villa secured a crucial 1-0 victory against Newcastle United, with Johan Manzambi scoring the decisive goal. The win marked a significant milestone for manager Unai Emery, who achieved his 100th Premier League victory.

Manzambi, who reportedly turned down a move to Newcastle in favor of Villa, demonstrated his value by heading home the winner. The match also saw Aston Villa's goalkeeper, Emi Martinez, sustain an injury after a collision with Everton's Jarrad Branthwaite. Martinez has since undergone surgery, though an update on his condition was shared from his hospital bed.
