Fox Corp. Legal Chief Adam Ciongoli to Depart, Nicholas Trutanich Appointed General Counsel

Adam Ciongoli, the chief legal and policy officer at Fox Corporation, will be stepping down from his role as his contract is not being renewed. Ciongoli's departure is effective December 1st, though he will continue to serve as a special adviser to Fox until June 2028.

Following Ciongoli's exit, Nicholas Trutanich, who currently holds the position of executive vice president and principal deputy general counsel at Fox Corp., will assume the responsibilities of General Counsel. The company has announced this leadership transition as part of its ongoing operational adjustments.
