Northern Ireland Women's Manager Confident Ahead of World Cup Playoff Push

Northern Ireland's national women's football team is preparing for crucial World Cup playoff matches, with manager Michael McArdle expressing strong confidence in their readiness. McArdle, who transitioned from a career in construction to full-time coaching, has been instrumental in shaping the team since taking over in March, aiming to make them "play-off ready."

The team's journey towards a potential historic qualification for the World Cup in Brazil hinges on their performance in these upcoming playoffs. McArdle's belief in the squad's potential is palpable, drawing parallels to a "movie script" as they face formidable opponents like Portugal.
