Narcos Director to Helm New Netflix Helicopter Thriller 'Helo'

Andrés Baiz, the director behind several episodes of Netflix's acclaimed series "Narcos," is set to direct a new police helicopter thriller titled "Helo" for the streaming giant. The project signals a new direction for Baiz, moving from crime dramas to a high-octane action genre.

The script for "Helo" was penned by Patrick Aison, who recently contributed to the live-action "Predator" films. Further details regarding the plot, cast, and production timeline for "Helo" have not yet been released, but the involvement of Baiz and Aison suggests a potentially high-quality action-thriller for Netflix subscribers.
