Musk Claims Ukraine Violated Starlink Terms as Service Restored

Elon Musk, CEO of SpaceX, has stated that Ukraine violated the terms of service for the Starlink satellite internet network, leading to intentional restrictions on its use. This admission comes as Ukraine announced that its Starlink connection has been restored to stable and normal speeds, following over a week of disruptions that impacted military and drone operations.

Ukraine's government confirmed the restoration of stable Starlink service, with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stating it was back to the "level we need." The disruptions had reportedly hampered Kyiv's ability to defend itself against Russian attacks. However, Musk's assertion that Ukraine used the network for military activities, which he claims breached their agreement, introduces a new layer of complexity to the situation.
